La Dévinière was founded by psychologist Michel Hocq. Forty years ago,
twenty two very young, psychiatric patients lost on the streets or drugged by medicines in psychiatric hospitals ,became the inhabitants of La Dévinière. A home where they were given a respectful life and where love and taking care is the best medicine.
They are still living together .
 

 Roger Nerinck Richter ironworks at Bergen op Zoom, The Netherlands,  has been destroyed.

 I photographed the  factory right after  its closure.

 I invited some of the workers to be portrayed on the spot they had been  working for many years.
